Armed with a M.S. from Northwestern in Evanston, IL and a B.A. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, I traversed the country to Miami, FL — where I was working as a reporter and editor for Miami Today, the city’s leading weekly business publication.
I recently decided to return to academia and will be working on my doctorate at Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, where I plan to concentrate in communication law and international communication.
This blog details my undertakings as the program’s newest novice, as I try to make a name for myself in Athens, Ohio.
